Our Process

Please note: This is not a strict order of operation but it will allow for a more streamlined undertaking.

  • 1. Appointment

    This begins with initial contact where we set an appointment with our client(s) in person, over zoom, phone, or whatever means are most convienient for you. We discuss the project and overall goals the client(s) wishes to be fufilled.

  • 2. Measurements/Renderings

    After the initial appoitment, Christiansen will arrange official site visits and/or begin initial renderings in order to better solidify Christiansen's project bids. Christiansen will also draft rough estimates for labor, materials, and schedules.

  • 3. Authorization

    Christiansen presents final quotes, renderings, and schedules to our client(s), for review, potential revisions, and finalization in an official contract between Christiansen and our client(s).

  • Commencement

    Contract is signed, materials are delievered or purchased by Christiansen, site compliance posters are hung if needed, tools are gathered, and the work begins. We will keep in regular contact throughout the process, and we readily welcome our client(s) to keep in regular contact as well if they wish to  make inquires, voice concerns, or ammend an aspect of the project after the official schecule was submitted.

  • 5. Finish On Time or Ahead of Schedule

    The last nail is struck, paint is touched up, and we conduct a final walkthrough/review with the client(s). Photo proof is submitted, cleanup is underway, payments are finalized,and we'll answer any remaining questions or concerns you may have for Christiansen.

Great Northwest (San Antonio)

In this fixer upper, Christiansen has been tasked with much of the demolition, drywall, trim carpentry, and other services in order to assist with breathing new life into this residency so that it may serve as a new haven for a future occupant(s).
